Health Update

Hey everyone, sorry for the short delay with blog posts. It’s been a busy couple of weeks, but I’m back with a health update. I did get the results of my MRI back and that was negative, so thankful for that! Thank You for your kind thoughts and prayers. I am still having some occasional headaches but managing them with essential oils, supplements, proper water intake and diet. It’s a learning process, but I’m thankfully having fewer and fewer of them. I also am making sure to move my body daily with yoga, to clear any stagnant energy in the body. This helps to clear my mind and to focus more. I also meditate daily every morning and evening to start and begin my days in a positive state. I find these things are must haves for me. As well as just simply listing to my body and not ignoring cues to rest. It’s all about balance and I am slowly learning to embrace that.

Health Checkup

I’m at the doctor, my least fave place in the world. I’ve been having headaches for a few months now an a few days ago, started experiencing the Left side of my face feeling numb. I held off from going to a doctor for a couple days but I bit the bullet and finally decided to get checked. I love living this holistic lifestyle, but sometimes I have to listen to my body an seek out help from an MD. You see, I have a bad problem with thinking I can figure things out on my own, without any help. I realize that, it’s not good to not ask for help but I’ll just admit that I am stubborn. I’m sure everything will check out fine, but I just wanted to be extra sure everything is all good. So please send some extra prayers and positive vibes toward me, so I can figure out what’s going on.

I was diagnosed with migraines, related to my menstrual cycle, and I have to get an MRI just to rule out any other problems. I am trying to take it easy and continue to use my oils and holistic lifestyle to make it though this time. I am feeling much better, but I am using this as a wake up call to take care of myself first and truly listen to my body, so I can provide you guys with the best education.

My First Blog post, My Daily Routine.

Hey guys Welcome to my first blog post, all about my daily routine with essential oils, supplements and more.

I wanted to share with you guys, some of my daily routine with oils and hydration. So first thing when I wake up I always hydrate, I like to try and drink 8-16 oz of water first thing. I then meditate for 5-10 mins using insight timer app and listen to personal development as I get ready.
I usually always have a smoothie for breakfast, my go to is almond milk, handful of greens, chia seeds, almond butter and caco powder. Taste like a Reese’s. I then take my 1/2 a dose of LLV supplements, deep blue polythenal for inflammation and have now added Tumeric caps and Copiba softgels also for inflammation. Terryazyme I take after each meal, to help with digestion. An also 2 mito 2 max supplements for sustained energy.
I sip on water throughout the day and try to shoot for 100 oz a day, 1/2 your body weight is a good goal to start with, I just shoot a little higher as it seems to help me.
At lunch I try to eat lots of protein an greens such as a salad with chicken and take the other half of my LLV and 1 mito 2 max.
In the afternoon I like to roll peppermint on my temples and behind my neck for an energy boost.
I like to do yoga so I try to do 20 mins of yoga when I get home from work.
My evening routine consists of diffusing serenity, breathe and cedarwood to get prepared for bed. I also roller the calmer blend from the kids kit on the bottoms of my feet and spine.
I take my probiotic at night, as well as another deep blue polythenal and a Tumeric cap and Copiba.

Oils that I use daily are balance for grounding, elevation for uplifted mood, and adaptiv and magnolia for anxious feelings.

I mix and match other oils depending on what I need In the moment, but I just wanted to share this snapshot of my daily routine for you guys, in my first blog post!
